Are you an online pharmacy

We are a brick-and-mortar pharmacy serving our local community in Birmingham, AL. We have a passion for helping people attain affordable medicine, and we saw how much our low prices and special programs were helping our local patients. This website allows us to spread the word about our amazingly low prices, and allows patients from all over to take advantage of them!

Can I use your pharmacy if I don’t live in Alabama?

Currently, we only sell prescription medications to patients who live in Alabama.

Do you sell controlled prescription medications through your website?

We do not sell any controlled prescription medications through our website.

How do I pay for my prescription?

Prescriptions picked up in store may be paid for by cash, credit card, debit card, FSA/HSA card, or check. Prescriptions that are requested to be mailed may be paid for by credit card, debit card, or FSA/HSA card.

How will I receive my medication?

Prescriptions may be picked up in store, delivered by the pharmacy if local, or mailed via USPS.

Do you accept returns?

Alabama pharmacy law does not permit the return of prescription medications. However, a refund may be issued if there is a problem with your prescription at the fault of the pharmacy.

How long does it take to receive my medication?

Patients who have their prescription mailed via USPS should expect to receive their prescription within 1 to 3 days.

What are your shipping rates?

We generally charge a flat $5 shipping fee. However, several of our programs include free shipping such as the Sildenafil Program and Drug Savings Program.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we do accept insurance.

How do I request a refill for my prescription?

Patients may contact the pharmacy by phone, email, or through your online patient profile to request refills. You may also use our phone app!

Can I fax or email a picture of my prescription?

Unfortunately, pharmacy law does not permit us to accept prescriptions in this manner. Prescriptions may be sent by your doctor via phone, fax, or e-RX. You may also mail your prescriptions to our pharmacy.

Yes, we must always have a prescription before a medication may be filled for a patient.
